We accept returns or exchanges for products that are the incorrect size, products that were damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must email us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Contact hello@perkies.com to alert us of the damage and we will help facilitate returning the item. Upon receipt of the returned item we will ship out a replacement if available, or issue a full refund.
